Invasion of privacy at Gardner-Webb University
The University that put an eavesdropping device on my property (my car, my gym bag) while I was staying in thier housing, should really be held responsible for what they did. If not, this just gives someone else in the future license to do it again (and they have – copycats). Gardner-Webb may never pay me monitarily and may never see me in court, but I believe they will pay one day. There really is no good excuse for what they did, it was a clear violation of my rights.
