I’m an idiot. I just learned that this state’s funding cap on pre-settlement funding may not apply if my defendants are in another jurisdiction in a state with no funding cap. I’m not sure this will work, but things are beginning to look up for me. I desperately want to relocate. I’ve been here 16 years, and it’s time for me to leave. I may just be able to get that safe beautiful house in a gated community so I can ride this out in style because there is no way I could afford one in Las Vegas with just a $500,000 funding cap. This is why I dropped out of law school. I only went to try to learn how to sue NBC, and my attempt failed miserably. I have no clue where I’ll be going.
