The cops would love to bust me for driving high, but I don’t think it’s going to happen because I’m not going to do it. I guess they need to stick to elder abuse or find something else. I already know this Governor hates my ass and would love to put my behind bars, especially if he wants to prove he wants nothing to do with this lawsuit. I expect the cops to come for me soon. I’m facing this same prospect in California.

Right after I quit law school in 2005, a girl I went out with really wanted me to see a new movie titled “The Man” featuring Samuel L. Jackson, where he played a cop named Officer Van who was trying to get some nerdy guy to break the law and act dangerously to pull off a sting operation. But this guy was doing his best to stay clean and avoid doing anything illegal. Officer Van, however, was relentless because he kept trying to goad this guy into breaking the law and would even ridicule and badger him when he wouldn’t. That’s the sort of environment surrounding me; people really love to see me doing something illegal because that’s what’s best for this lawsuit. Luckily for everyone involved in this, they found in me a man who struggles with all sorts of vices. All the incentives here are working against me.
