I have no idea how I can build something proprietary given my circumstances, where people can read what’s on my screen in real-time. What if I want to build in features unique to my product or differentiate it from potential competitors? Competitors could see what’s on my screen even as I plan to include these features, allowing them to then build and implement them before I can even get a product to market. If they do, I guess I can attempt to sue them for IP theft and loss of future profits, along with Microsoft for the opportunity cost. I’m going to attempt to build it anyway.
