I love this. This company is not only looking for a software developer but an “AI Software Developer”. I guess no one really values software developers anymore since they are only paying $7.25/hour, which is the national minimum wage. Compare this to California’s state minimum wage for fast food workers, which is $20/hour. It won’t be long before we see software developers who once pulled in over $100k/year applying for jobs at In-N-Out Burger. I guess this is why so many people are transitioning to other tech roles or leaving the tech industry altogether.
