It’s funny that they want to see me convicted but they don’t want to see the trafficker convicted–the trafficker who persuaded my accuser to do all of this in the first place. In fact, they will try to protect the trafficker from being exposed.


“Commercial Sex Act: Under 18 U.S.C. § 1591, a commercial sex act is defined as any sexual activity performed in exchange for money, promises of money, or anything else of value. The statute makes it a federal crime to knowingly recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, maintain, patronize, or solicit a minor for a commercial sex act. Under federal law, child sex trafficking carries severe mandatory minimum prison sentences .”

“Under California law (California Penal Code § 236.1(c)), the minimum prison sentence for child sex trafficking:

Base Sentence: 5 years in California state prison.
Sentencing Range: 5, 8, or 12 years.
Additional Penalties: Fines up to $500,000 and mandatory lifetime sex offender registration.”
