Microsoft says “AI will run all white-collar jobs in 18 months”. Job-apocalypse is coming and we are not prepared for it This means the number of people on unemployment will skyrocket to unimaginable numbers with no relief in sight. So now that AI can do white-collar jobs there is a frenzy for companies to implement AI solutions to realize those productivity gains. People with AI Engineering under their belt might be able to weather the storm. It looks like I need to get into AI, not because of any lawsuit, but because I have more immediate needs especially since Trump wants to cut my funding and I could be waiting another 20 years for some lawsuit.
