I just learned that this state&#8217;s funding cap on pre-settlement funding may not apply if my defendants are in another jurisdiction in a state with no funding cap. I&#8217;m not sure this will work, but things are beginning to look up for me. I desperately want to relocate. I&#8217;ve been here 16 years, and it&#8217;s time for me to leave. I may just be able to get that safe beautiful house in a gated community so I can ride this out in style because there is no way I could afford one in Las Vegas with just a $500,000 funding cap. This is why I dropped out of law school. I only went to try to learn how to sue NBC, and my attempt failed miserably. I have no clue where I&#8217;ll be going. I just pray that I can get my mom to go along with this, but New Orleans is looking good. I have relatives there, and there are even casinos for my Mom.
