Mr President, you really shouldn’t get so angry when someone criticizes you. If you’re a Christian, then it may help to know that none of what anyone says really matters. If your name is written in the Lambs Book of Life, your destiny is secure and you need not worry about what anyone says about you. None of us really knows your heart, but God does. And that’s what he’s after–not your accomplishments but your heart, and only you and God know what’s going on inside you. So if I or anyone else criticizes you don’t take it so personal. Your job is very difficult and you need thick skin. We all understand that, but as a Christian you have the power of God and the countless prayers of people so you can indeed overcome the critics. Presidents all have to endure the critics and the press, and maybe you’ve have more of it than others but people won’t remember all of that, they’ll just remember you for all the good things that we know you can do. Maybe that’s my problem, I focus on only the negative things without giving you much credit for the good things that you do. Christians often talk about iron sharpening iron. Some people are really on your back and some (not all) of us are really trying to help you because we want you to be successful so that we as a nation are successful. Sometimes it just takes someone else to see your blind spots. Anyway try not to focus on the critics, but focus on what God would have you to do. And please lay off the revenge. You can put me on the streets tomorrow I realize that, but you can be bigger than that too. So do what you think is right, but I hope you are being guided by God rather than your own flesh. And maybe one day people (including me) will look back and be able to talk about what a tough, yet graceful and merciful president we had…despite the differences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
